Newly developed spray-dried granules

The latest development in the portfolio of our iron oxides is the spray-dried granule form. 

The process of spray-drying transforms the powder pigment into a flowable granule with a hollow center. 

The granule is strong enough to withstand transport conditions, but is soft enough to disperse easily when stirred in the concrete production vessel.

The flowability of the granule allows automated dosing and pneumatic transport to the production vessel through a tube. 

This way they help to make the setup of a dosing equipment flexible with regards to feeding the production vessel with the selected color mix.
